County of Duval } Be it remembered that on this 23rd day of November
AD 1887 before me Bryan Taliaferro Notary Public personally came James
M. Schumacher known to me to be the person whose name is subscribed to
the foregoing instrument and acknowledged that he executed the same for
the uses and purposes therein mentioned as the act and deed of the
said Charles Townshend Murdoch, Jan Anne Langerhuizen, Alexander Crum
Maclae and Henry John Broughton Kendall Trustees by him the said James
M. Schumacher done and executed by virtue of a power of attorney to him for
that purpose granted, bearing date the fifteenth day of November one
thousand eighty hundred and eighty four. In testimony whereof I have
hereunto set my hand and official seal the day and year on this certif

State of Tennessee} Known all men by these presents that I Joseph
Lawrence County } Patterson as Guardian for John N. Deans a
lunatic the son and only heir at law of Joseph M. Deans deceased
joining in and executed this deed under and by virtue of a certain
order made and rendered on the 7th day of July AD 1893 by
Honorable J.C. Gardner County Judge in and for Alachua County
Florida, sitting as Probate Judge in and for said County of Alach
ua, wherever and whereby I, as guardian for the said John N.
Deans was authorized and empowered to sell at public or private
sale the interest of the said John N. Deans in and to the real Estate
herein after described, Willie A. Barron widow of the said Joseph
M. Deans deceased who joins in this deed for the purpose of releas
ing relinquishing and renouncing her dower or right of dower
in and to the said property hereinafter described which accrued
to her as the wife of the said Joseph W. Deans deceased and
Walter Barron her present husband, all of Lawrence County
State of Tennessee, for and in consideration of the sum of
Four Hundred and Fifty (450) Dollars to us in hand paid
by W.C. Andrews of Alachua County Florida the receipt
whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted, bargained
sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant, bar
gain sell and convey unto him the said W.C. Andrews
all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated
lying and being in the County of Alachua State of Florida
and particularly known and described as follows to wit
