This Indenture made this the Eighteenth day of February A.D. Eighteen
hundred and Sixty four, between James W. Standley and his wife
Lavonia Standley of the County of Alachua State of Florida parties
of the first part, and Lemuel Wilson of the same place
party of the second part, Witnesseth, That the parties of the
first part for and in Consideration of the sum of Three Thousand
Dollars to them in hand paid at and before the sealing
and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have bargained and sold and be these present
do grant Convey and Convey and Confirm unto the party of the
second part, all that certain tract or parcel of Land lying and
being situate in Alachua County Florida and Known and
described by the United States survey as the Lots number Four
Section Eight, and Lot number Six in Section nine and Lots
Two, Three and Four, Section Sixteen Township Eight, Range
Eighteen, Together with all and singular the appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining, Containing
Two hundred & ninety nine 68/100 Acres, To have and to hold
the above described Lands unto the party of the second part his
heirs and assigns forever in fee simple, And the parties
of the first part for themselves their heirs, executors and
administrators do Covenant and agree to and with the party
of the second part that they are seized of a good Estate of
inheritance therein free from all encumbrances, and that
they will warrant and forever defend the party of the second
part his heirs Executors and administrators, in the
Quiet and peaceable possession of the same and against
the Claim or Claims of all persons whomsoever,
