One hundred and Sixty one acres and fourteen hundredths of
an acre, according to the official plat of the survey of the said Land
returned to the General Land office by the Surveyor General which
has been assigned to Jacob Bauknight Now Know ye, That there is
therefore granted by the United States unto the said Jacob Bauknight
the Tract of Land above described, To have and to hold the said tract
of land with the appurtenances thereof unto the said Jacob Bauknight
and to his heirs and assigns forever. In Testimony whereof I
Franklin Pierce President of the United States of America have Caused
these Letters to be made Patent and the seal of the General Land office
to be hereunto affixed, Given under my hand at the City of Washing
ton the first day of April in the year of our Lord One thousand
eight hundred and fifty four, and of the Independence of the United
States the Seventy Eighth

I Edw A. Bowers, Commissioner of the General Land Office do hereby
certify that the annexed Copy of patent in favor of Jacob Bauk
night founded on location made with Warrant No 16408 for
160 acres Act of 1850 is a true and literal exemplification from
the record in this Office, In testimony whereof I have hereunto sub
scribed my name and caused the seal of this Office to be affixed at
the City of Washington on the day and year above written

of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt
whereof We do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained
sold Conveyed and quit claimed, and by these presents do
grant bargain sell Convey and quit claim unto him the Said
Chas W. Bauknight all of the Phosphate Rock in & to
all that Certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated
lying and being in the County of Alachua State of Florida
particularly Known and described as follow to wit
