Know all men by these presents, That I Charles W. White unmar
ried, of Citra, Marion County, Florida, for and in Consideration
of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10) in cash paid the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged do hereby grant bargain sell and convey
unto The Continental Phosphate Company, A Corporation organ
ized under the laws of the State of Florida and its assigns
and successors forever, the following described land lying and
being in Alachua County Florida to wit. The N1/2 of Section Thirty
two (32) Township Eight (8) South Range Seventeen (17) East Con
taining three hundred and twenty (320) acres, more or less,
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining
To have and to hold, the same unto the said The Continental
Phosphate Company, Grantee, and its assigns forever.
And I the said Grantor, for myself, my heirs, executors and ad
mistrators, do hereby covenant and agree to and with the
said Grantee and its assigns or successors that I am lawfully
seized in fee of the afore granted premises: that they are
free and clear of all incumbrances; that I have good right
and lawful Authority to sell and convey the same as afore
said; and that I will and my heirs executors and adminis
trators shall forever Warrant and defend the same unto
the said Grantee, its assigns and successors, against the
lawful claims and demands of all persons
