the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted bar
gained and sold and by these presents do give grant and bargain
sell and Convey unto them the said F.E. Cellon, M. Crews and
Charles F. Wilson Trustees as aforesaid all the follow Lot tract
or parcel of land lying and being situate in said County and State
to wit, Begin at a point on the South boundary line of Section
twenty Seven (27) in Township Seven (7) South of Range Nineteen
(19) East in the Center of the public Road Known as the Gainesville
and Worthington Road and run West along said section line
two hundred and ten (210) feet, thence in a North easterly di
rection parallel with said public Road two hundred and
ten (210) feet, thence East two hundred and ten (210) feet to the
Center of said Road. thence in a South Easterly direction along
said Road two hundred and ten (210) feet to point of beginning
the same being a part of the South West quarter of the South
West quarter of Said Section 27 in Township 7 South of Range
19 E. Containing one Acre of land more or less, To have and
to hold the same unto the said trustees their Successors
in office or assigns in fee simple absolute, In trust that
said premises shall be used Kept maintained and disposed
of as a place of divine worship for the use of the Ministry
and membership of the Methodist Episcopal Church South
subject to the discipline usage and Ministerial appointments
of said Church as from time to time authorized and de
clared by the general Conference of Said Church and the Annual
Conference within whose bounds the said premises are Situate
   we 
And^the said grantors do hereby Covenant and agree to and
with the said Trustees their successors or assigns that we are
lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby Conveyed
and we have good and lawfull right to sell and convey the
same: that the same is free from all encumbrances of
any Kind whatsoever, and that we will and our heirs
executors and administrators shall and will warrant
and defend the same unto them the said Trustees their
successors or assigns against the lawful claims and demands
of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter
to claim the same, In witness Whereof we have hereunto
set our hands and affixed our seals on this the 2 day
of January AD 1893
