State of Florida   } To all whom it may concern: Be it Known
County of Bradford } that on this 26th day of October A.D. 1893 personally
appeared before me a Notary Public of the State of Florida
the above named Rosa B. Tison to me well Known as the wife
of A.D. Tison and as one of the persons described in and who
executed the foregoing Deed of Conveyance who being at the
time separate and apart from her husband the said A.D.
Tison did then and there make and execute the foregoing
acknowledgment her name being with her own hand subscribed
and her seal affixed in my presence,  Witness my hand and
seal at Hampton the day and year above written

Homestead Certificate No 9355 } The United States of America, To all to
Application 15192             } whom these presents shall Come Greeting
Whereas There has been deposited in the General Land Office of the United
States a Certificate of the Register of the Land office at Gainesville Florida
whereby it appears that pursuant to the Act of Congress approved 20"
May 1892, "To secure homestead to actual Settlers on the Public Domain"
and the acts supplemental thereto the Claim of Joseph W.G. Sheppard
minor orphan child of CaKry Higgonbotham deceased has been Established
and duly Consumated in Conformity to law for the North East quarter
of the South West quarter of Section Twenty in Township Ten South
of Range Fifteen East of Tallahassee Meridian in Florida Contain
ing forty acres and thirty Six hundredths of an acre according
to the Official Plat of the Survey of the said Land returned to the
General Land Office by the Surveyor General, Now Know Ye that
there is therefore granted by the United States unto the said
Joseph W.G. Sheppard the tract of Land above described.
To have and to Hold the said tract of Land with the appurten
ances thereof unto the said Joseph W.G. Sheppard and to his
heirs and assigns forever
