Louis Klein as Trustee }
State of Alabama }  Know all men by these presents that we A. Shiff
Monroe County    }  and F. Shiff  Shiff husband and wife of the State
and County aforesaid for and in Consideration of the sum of Two
Thousand ($200000) Dollars to us Cash in hand paid the receipt where
of is hereby acknowledged do hereby grant bargain sell and Convey
unto Louis Klein as Trustee of and for S.C. Klein Blanche T. Klein
Milton Klein and Arthur Klein his children, his successors and
assigns the following described piece parcel tract or lot of land Sit
uated lying and being in Alachua County in the State of Florida to
wit, Commencing at a stake on the Eastern boundary of Lot Known
As "Oak Hall" lot which stands Three hundred and Forty (340) feet
south from the North East Corner of the said "Oak Hall" lot: thence
from said Stake West One hundred and Sixty (160) feet, Thence South
One hundred (100) feet, Thence East One hundred and Sixty (160) feet
Thence North along the Eastern boundary line of Said "Oak Hall"
lot One hundred (100) feet to the place of beginning and lying and
being in the City of Gainesville, Together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same be
longing or in anywise appertaining, To have and to hold the Same
unto him the said Louis Klein as Trustee of and for S.C. Klein
Blanche T. Klein Milton Klein and Arthur Klein his Children
with full power as such Trustee to grant bargain Sell and Convey
Mortgage and encumber the said above described Lot of Land
without the intervention order or decree of any Court whatever
and to his successors and assigns forever, And we the said
A. Shiff and F. Shiff do hereby Covenant and agree to and with
the said Louis Klein as Trustee aforesaid his Successors and
Assigns that we are lawfully seized in fee simple of the
property herein and hereby Conveyed and that we have good
right and lawful authority to sell and Convey the Same
that the Same is free from all incumbrances of any Kind
whatsoever and that we will and our heirs executors and
Administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend
the same unto him the said Louis Klein as Trustee as afore
said and to his Successors and Assigns against the lawful
Claims and demands of any and all Persons whomsoever now
claiming or hereafter to claim the same
In Witness Whereof we have hereunto set our hands and affixed
our Seals on this the 8 day of December A.D. 1893
