this day before me appeared in person J.D. Hodge and his wife Mary A. Hodge to me well known and
known to be the persons whose signatures by their marks are attached to the above deed who
acknowledged that they executed the foregoing deed for the purposes and considerations therein
expressed And the said Mary A. Hodge being questioned separate and apart from her
husband declared that she signed the same freely and voluntarily and without any constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband J.D. Hodge both for the purposes therein expressed
and for conveying all her dower and right of dower in property conveyed In Witness Whereof I
have hereunto affixed my hand and seal of office this 24th day of March A.D. one thousand

    The State of Florida } Know all men by these Presents That I, William A. Colclough
    Alachua County       } (widower) of the aforesaid County and State for and in
consideration of the sum of Forty Dollars to me in hand paid by Primus Player of the County
of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have
granted bargained sold conveyed and quit claimed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell convey and quit claim unto him the said Primus Player all the certain
lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the County of Alachua
State of Florida particularly known and described as follows to wit: Two Acres of land
the same being the West portion of lot thirty (30) agreeable to a Diagram of the
lots of land belonging to the Estate of Nathan Spencer deceased and being a
Fractional portion of the North half of Section Six (6) Township Ten (10) S Range
twenty (20) East Containing by Estimation Two acres of land more or less
Together with all and Singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the
same belonging or in anywise appertaining. To Have and to Hold the same
unto him the said Primus Player and to his heirs executors administrators and
assigns forever, all and every my right title interest claim and demand of every
character whatsoever which I have in and to the said property and every
part and parcel thereof. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed my seal on this 30th day of March A.D. 1893
