have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and convey unto her the said Elizabeth C. Stringfellow all
that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the
County of Alachua State of Florida particularly known and described as
follows to wit: Known as the home place; said Lot or tract of Land fronting
on Windsor Avenue and bounded on the West by said Windsor Avenue
Southerly by lands formerly owned by G.B. Griffin, on the East by land
of Miss Patterson on the North by Magnolia Avenue in Alachua County
Florida as shown by map of Martha A. Nobles subdivision of the Town
of Windsor Florida, recorded on the public records of Alachua County
Florida in plat book "A" at page 25 being in and a part of Section
Eleven (11) township ten (10) South of Range twenty one (21) East, Containing
by estimation fifteen (15) acres of land more or less, together with all and
singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same be=
longing or in anywise appertaining, To Have and to hold the same
unto the said Elizabeth C. Stringfellow and to her heirs executors
administrators and assigns in fee simple absolute. And we the said
Martha A. Nobles and James Nobles do hereby Covenant and agree to
and with the said Elizabeth C. Stringfellow that we are lawfully
seized in fee of the property herein and hereby Conveyed and that we
have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the same
is free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that we
will and our heirs executors and administrators shall and will
forever warrant and defend the same unto her the said Elizabeth
C. Stringfellow and to her heirs executors administrators and assigns
against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whom-
soever now claiming or hereafter to Claim the same, In Witness
Whereof We have hereunto set our hands and affixed our seals on
this 17th day of May A.D. 1894

The State of Florida } I hereby certify that on this 17th day
Alachua County       } of May A.D. 1894 appeared Mrs Martha A. Nobles
wife of James Nobles one of the grantors in the foregoing Convey=
ance who being first duly questions and examined by me seperate
and apart from her said husband says and acknowledges before 
me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose
of releasing relinquishing and Conveying her seperate Statutory 
property and title of every Kind  and dower or right of dower
in and to the land in said described and that said relinquish=
ment and Conveyance was done and made by her freely and 
Voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint apprehension 
or fear of or from her said husband.
