at Gainesville Florida whereby it appears that pursuant to the Act of 
Congress approved May 20th 1862 to secure Homesteads to actual
settlers on the Public Domain and the acts supplemental thereto the
of John S. Hunt has been established and duly consummated in Con-
formity to law for the North half of the North East quarter and the East
half of the North West quarter of Section Eight in Township ten South
of Range seventeen East of Tallahassee Meridian in Florida Containing
one hundred and sixty acres according to the official plat of the survey
of the said Land returned to the General Land office by the surveyor
General. Now Know We, That there is therefore granted by the United
States unto the said John S Hunt the tract of Land above described
To Have and to hold the said tract of Land with the appurtenances
thereof unto the said John S Hunt and to his heirs and assigns
forever. In testimony Whereof I Benjamin Harrison President
of the United States of America have caused these letters to be made Patent
and the seal of the General Land office to be hereunto affixed.

This indenture made the thirteenth day of April in the year of our Lord
one thousand eight and eighty four Between William J. Walker and
Mary A. Walker his Wife of the County of Lake and State and of Florida
of the first part and Robert H. Kelly of Indianapolis Indiana
of the second part Witnesseth that the said party of the first part
for and in Consideration of the sum of two Hundred Dollars
lawful money of the United States of America to him in hand paid
by the said party of the second part at or before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged granted
bargained sold aliened revised released conveyed and confirmed and
by these presents grant bargain sell alien revise release convey and 
confirm unto the said party of the second part and his heirs
and assigns forever all that certain lot of land lying and being
in the Town of Windsor County of Alachua and state of Florida des-
cribed as follows. part of lot No 2 (two) situated on corner of Green &
Lewis Sts. beginning at corner of Green & Lewis Streets running one hundred
& seventy five feet to ditch then running East parallel with ditch
four hundred & twenty feet. thence South one hundred & seventy five
