The Travelers Insurance Co }
This Indenture made this Seventh day of May AD 1894 between
James Haile and Rosa Haile his wife of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida part of the first part and The Travelers
Insurance Company a Corporation of the City of Hartford and
State of Connecticut part of the second part. Witnesseth that
the said party of the first part for and in Consideration of the sum
of One Dollar in hand paid by the said party of the second part the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have remised released
and quit claimed and by these presents do remise release and
quit claim unto the said party of the second part and its assigns
forever all the right title interest claim and demand which the
said part of the first part have in and to the following described
lot piece or parcel of land to wit, as described in Deed Book #32
page 360 Alachua Co Fla, Beginning at the South West Corner of
the D.L. Clinch Grant of One thousand Acres in Township Ten (10)
and Eleven (11) Range Nineteen (19) South and East, Run thence
North 11° West 27 chains and ten (10) links to Littleton Cotmans
NW Corner: Thence North 82 1/2° East Eighteen (18) Chains and forty
two (42) links to a stake the point of beginning of the land herein
and hereby Conveyed, thence run West Eighty two and one half Deg
(82 1/2°) North Nine (9) Chains to a stake, Thence North Eighty
two and one half degrees (82 1/2°) East five (5) chains and Fifty Six
links, Thence E 82 1/2° South of chains, Thence S 82 1/2° W 5 chs & 56
links to point of beginning (This deed is made so as to enable
the second party to give a deed to Conform with a more recent
Survey) To have and to hold the same together with all and sin
gular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise
thereunto appertaining and all the estate right title interest
and claim whatever of the said part of the first part either
in law or equity of the second part and its assigns forever
