of the levy advertisement and sail thereunder made, and for and in
consideration of the sum of Two hundred Dollars to me as such Sheriff
cash in hand on this day paid by the said Paul E. Seabrook, the
receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold
transferred aliened and conveyed and by these presnts do grant bar
gain sell transfer alien and convey unto the said Paul E. Seabrook
the following described property to wit  Beginning at a point in the
center of Black Crek Road on the line dividing lots one and two in
Section Five Township Eight South of Range Nineteen East, running South
Nineteen chains fifty links to a post on the line dividing the lands now
owned by H.J. McCullum and the tract herein after described, thence South
60° West twelve chains and 56 links to a post on tyhe North side on
bank of a ditch, and on the line dividing Sections 5 and 8 Township
8 south Range 19 East  Thence west along said Section line Seven chains
and Ninety five links to a post on the East bank of a Branch -
Thence North thirty chains to the Center of the above mentioned Black Creek
Road, and thence Easterly along said road to point of beginning Contain
ing 50 acres more or less together with all property belonging to said
Company with franchise and all other Corporate rights belonging or
pertaining to said Louellen Phosphate and Fertilizer Company.  Said
above described described property sold this 4th day of June 1894
to Paul E. Seabrook, Together with all and Singular the tenements here
itaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise apper
taining  To have and to hold the same unto Paul E. Seabrook his
heirs executors administrators and assigns forever as fully as I
the said Sheriff am lwfully authorized and Empowered to do -
