Est, William Colson deceased of the first part of the state & county afore
said. and the Deacons of the Baptist church known as the New Hope Church
situated on the Santa Fee River in said State and County of the second part
Witnessth that the said part of the first part for and in consideration
of the sum of Fifty Dollars to him in hand duly paid at & before
the sealing & delivery of these presents hath granted bargained sold
released, Converyed & confirmed and by these presents doth bargain
sell grant release convey & confirm unto the parties of the second part &
their successors in office, the NE 1/4 of the south west 1/4 section 14
Township 7 S of Range 19 E Containing 40 acres of land. Together with
all and singular the tenaments hereditaments and appurtenances and
all the estate title and interest of the party of the first part therein. And
that he will warrant & defend the above granted premises in the
quiet & peaceable possession of the said parties of the second part & their
successors in office forever. In witness where of I have hereunto set

State of Florida } This agreement entered into this the fifth day of June
Alachua County } AD 1894 between L.A. Barnes of said state and County the
party of the first part and E.E. Cannon of same State and County of the
second part. Witnesseth, that for and in consideration of one Dollar
paid by each of said parties to the other, and in further consideration
of the premises it is mutually agreed and contracted by and between
said parties as follows. Viz; Whereas the said party of the first part is
the owner in fee and is in the undisputed posession of the lot of
land situate in the City of Gainesville in said State and County herein
after mentioned and described to city described as follows. Lying and
being situate with a South front on Church St.running one hundred
feet East along said Church St from the Corner of Church and Factory
St Thence North 160 ft. Thence West 100 ft Thence South 160 ft along
Factory St to the place of beginning and being described as the
