Know all men by these presents, That the Travelers Insurance Company
a Corporation, located in the City and County of Hartford, State of Connecti
cut for divers good Causes and Considerations thereunto moving Especially
for One Dollar received to its full Satisfaction of James Haile of the
County of Alachua State of Florida has remised released and forever quit
claimed, and do by these presents for itself its Successors and assigns
justly and absolutely remise release and forever quit claim unto the
said James Haile his heirs and assigns forever all such right and
title as it the said The Travelers Insurance Company has or ought
to have in or to a tract of land five and one tenth (5 1/10) acres more
or less, distinguished as the "Haile Lot" on J.W. Patton's map of D.L. Clinch
Grant or Walls Tract in Townships Ten (10) and Eleven (11) Range Nineteen
(19) County of Alachua and State of Florida and bounded and described
as follows, on the east by lot fifty four (54), on the West by lot Fifty
five (55) on the North by a street, on the South by the so Called Cotman
land, a thirty (30) foot Street running in a northerly and Southerly
direction in the Eastern part of said Haile Lot being reserved to the
public, The said J.W. Patton's map is dated April 1892 and is recorded
in Alachua County Florida as a public record.
To have and to hold the premises unto him the said James Haile
and to his heirs and assigns to the only use and behoof of the
said James Haile his heirs and assigns forever so that neither
it the said The Travelers Insurance Company nor any other person or persons
in its name and behalf shall or will hereafter Claim or demand
any right or title to the premises or any part thereof, but they and
