This Indenture made the 17th day of August AD 1894 between Alice A.
Richbourg (nee Alice A. Witt) & D.J. Richbourg her husband of Alachua
County State of Florida party of the first part and Mrs. E.S. Haile of
Alachua County State of Florida party of the second part, Witnesseth
That the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the
sum of One Dollar to them in hand paid by the said party of the
second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of these pres
ents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained
sold released and quit claimed and by these presents do
bargain sell release and quit claim unto the said party
of the second part her heirs and assigns forever all their
right title interest claim and demand both at law and
Equity if in and to that certain lot piece or parcel of land
situated lying and being in the County of Alachua State of
Florida and particularly described as follows to wit The West
Half of section 20 of Township 10 S of Range 19 East,
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining
To have and to hold the same unto the said party of the sec
ond part her heirs and assigns forever:

who acknowledged that she executed the same for the purpose
of Conveying her right of title & separate estate and all other
interests and claims in and to the lands therein described and
on an examination taken and held by me Separate and apart from
her said husband, the said Alice A. Richbourg acknowledged
that she executed the same freely and voluntarily without
any Compulsion Constraint apprehension or fear of or from her
said said husband or any other person |
