To Have and To Hold all and singular the said premises together

Alachua County } of the sum of Twenty dollars to me
in hand paid by Mrs. Emma Marchmont the receipt whereof I
do hereby acknowledge, have granted bargained, sold and con-
veyed and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey
unto her the said Mrs. Emma Marchmont, a certain Lot, or piece
or land being in Laurel Grove cemetery, and known and described
on the map of said Cemetery and recorded in the Clerk's office
of Alachua County in Deed Book "S" Page 374 & 375, and
known and described as follows, Eighteen feet off the North
end of Lot No 24 twenty four, To Have and To Hold the same
for a family Burial Lot forever.
