and who executed the foregoing deed and severally acknowledged
the execution thereof for the uses and purposes therein set forth,
And the said A.P. Epperson being by me privately examined, sepa-
rate and apart from her said husband, did on said private examina-
tion then and there acknowledge and declare that she executed
said deed for the purpose of relinquishing and renouncing all her
right of dower or other interest in and to the lands therein described
and granted, and that she did the same freely and voluntarily, and
without any apprehension or fear, compulsion or constraint, of or
from her said husband.

Application 16364, } come Greeting:
Whereas, there has been deposited in the
General Land Office of the United States a Certificate of the
Register of the Land Office at Gainesville Florida, whereby it appears that, pursu-
ant to the Act of Congress approved 20th of May 1862 "To secure
Homesteads to actual Settlers on the Public Domain" and the Acts
supplemental thereto, the claim of Sarah A. Love has been established
and duly consummated, in conformity to law, for the North half of
the South West quarter of Section eighteen in Township ten South
of Range fifteen East of Tallahassee Meridian in Florida contain-
ing eighty one acres and seventeen hundredths of an acre according
to the official plat of the survey of the said Land, returned to the Gener-
al Land Office by the Surveyor General,
Now Know Ye, That there is therefore, granted by the United
States unto the said Sarah A. Love the tract of land above described,
To Have and To Hold the said tract of land, with the appurte-
nances thereof, unto the said Sarah A. Love and to her heirs and as-
signs forever.
In Testimony whereof I Benjamin Harrison President
of the United States of America have caused these letters to
be made Patent, and the seal of the General Land Office to
be hereunto affixed.
