  Alachua County } to me well known to be the identical
                  person described in, and who executed the
above and foregoing deed and acknowledged that he, as Special
Master in Chancery, executed, signed, sealed, and delivered the
said deed in the manner and for the uses and purposes
therein contained and expressed.

 Alachua County  }     Know all men by these presents, that I,
                    William Watts Jr of the aforesaid State and County
for and in consideration of the sum of Thirty dollars ($30.00) to me
in hand paid by M.B. French, of the City of Madison, State of Wis-
consin, the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, have granted,
bargained, sold, conveyed, and quit-claimed, and by these presents
do grant, bargain, sell, convey and quit-claim unto him, the
said M.B. French, all that certain lot, tract, piece or parcel of
land situate, lying and being in the County of Alachua, State
of Florida, particularly known and described as follows,
to-wit:
       One half acre of land off of the extreme southern portion
of the lot or parcel of land described as follows:- (The South
and North boundary line of the one half acre hereby conveyed
being parallel,) All that part of lot No seven (7) of the plat of Mackey
& Hudson lands as recorded in deed book "J" at page 906 of the
public records of Alachua County Florida, according to the
survey made by W.C. Miller, CE which land lies between the
portion of said lot owned by William Watts, on the North and
on the South by the lands of John W. Hudson, and on the East
by lot No six (6), and lot No 20 (Twenty) of the same plat,
and on the West by the public road.
Together with all and singular the tenements, heredit-
aments and appurtenances to the same belonging, or in
any wise appertaining.
To Have and To Hold the same unto him, said M.B.
