have granted, bargained sold and conveyed, and by these presents
does grant, bargain, sell and Convey unto said party of the second
part their successors and assigns, all that tract and parcel of land
situate in Alachua County, and State of Florida, and described as
follows to wit Commencing Thirteen hundred twenty feet west
of the South East Corner of Section eight (8) Township Eight
South (8 S) of Range Nineteen (19 E) East run North two hun-
dred ten (210) feet: thence East Two Hundred ten (210) feet; thence
South two hundred ten (210) feet, Thence West along the South
boundary line, of said Section Two hundred ten (210) feet to place
of beginning - Containing one acre, of land more or less,
Together with the rights, members, privileges, and appurtenances
and the reversions and remainders, rents, issues, and profits thereof.
To Have and to Hold the same, unto said party of the second part
their successors and assigns, In Trust for the use and benefit
of the ministry and membership of the Methodist Episcopal Church in the
United States of America, subject to the discipline, usage and ministerial
appointments of said Church, as from time to time authorized and de-
clared, And if sold the proceeds shall be disposed of and used in ac-
cordance with the provisions of said Discipline of the said Metho-
dist Episcopal Church,
  And the said I.E. Webster for his heirs, executors, administrators
successors and assigns does covenant with the said party of the
second part their successors and assigns, that at the sealing and de-
livery hereof, the said I.E. Webster is the owner in fee simple of the
said premises hereby granted or intended so to be, that the same are
free and clear of all charges and incumbrances whatsoever, and that
he will Warrant and defend said premises with the appurtenances
hereunto belonging, unto said party of the second part their successors
and assigns, against the lawful claims of the said I.E. Webster his
heirs, executors, administrators, successors or assigns, or any person
or persons claiming title to the same or any part thereof.
In, Witness Whereof, the said party of the first part has hereunto
set his hand and seal the day and year first above written.

                     } before me a Notary Public duly com-
missioned in and for said County, personally appeared I.E. Webster
and Harriett E. Webster his wife, to me personally known to
be the grantor named herein and who executed the within in-
strument of conveyance, and, I have first made known to them
the contents thereof, they did thereupon severally acknowledge
before me that they signed sealed and delivered the same as their
voluntary act and deed for the uses and purposes therein ex-
pressed and desire the same to be recorded as such
