The State of Florida, }
    Alachua County.   }   Know all men by these Presents,
That I, J.L. Kelley

of the aforesaid County and State, for and in consideration of the sum of Eight Hundred ~~                                                     Dollars

to me in hand paid by E.W. Millican
of the County of Alachua               in the State of Florida            the receipt whereof        do
hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain,sell and convey unto him the said E.W. Millican

all that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the County of Alachua, State of Florida particularly known and described as follows, to wit:
All of the East half of section (15) Fifteen Township nine (9) South Range Twenty one
(21) East as designated on map of Arredondo Grant on file among the public
records of Alachua Co. Fla









containing by estimation Three Hundred & twenty    acres of land, more or less, Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appertenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining.
      To Have and to Hold the same unto him  the said E.W. Millican
and to his  heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, forever all and every my right title interest claim & demand
of every character whatsoever which I have in and to the said property & every part and parcel
thereof by virtue of a deed from Hilton S. Hampton Recorded in Deed Book 51 Pages 454 & 455  And  the said 
that                     lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed, and that        have good and lawful right to sell and convey the 
same; that the same is free from all encumberances of any kind whatsoever, and that           will and        heirs, executors and administrators shall and will 
forever warrant and defend the same unto             the said 
and to      heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same.
         In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal  on this 24th day of  May     A.D. 1900

The State of Florida, }        I Hereby Certify that on this 24th day of May    A.D. 1900  ,before me personally 
    Alachua County.   }   appeared Mrs. Lilian M. Kelley
wife of  J.L. Kelley                                                                the grantor in the foregoing conveyance, who being first 
duly qusetioned and examined by me, separate and apart from her said husband, says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of 
releasing, relinquishing and renouncing all her right of Dower in and to land in said deed described, and that the said Relinquishment and Renunciation of Dower was done and made 
by her freely and voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her husband.

to me well known, as the indentical persons described in and who executed the foregoing deed of conveyance who acknowledges that  they  executed, signed, sealed and 
delivered the foregoing deed of conveyance for the uses and purposes therein contained and expressed.
