The State of Florida }Know all men by these Presents, That We, W.R. Thomas and
Alachua County }Katie M. Thomas his wife
of the aforesaid County and State, for and in consideration of the sum of
Ten Dollars and other valuable considerations dollars,
to us in hand paid by Dr. J.L. Kelley
of the County of Alachua in the
State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents do
grant, bargain, sell and convey unto him the said Dr. J.L. Kelley
all that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the County
of Alachua, State of Florida particularly known and described as follows, to wit:
Begin at a point on the North line of Section 32 Township 9 South
Range 20 East 15 feet West of the Center of the Atlantic Coast Line
Railroad track - thence run West 625 feet along the North line of Section
32 Township 9 South Range 20 East thence South 280 feet - thence
East 625 feet - thence North 280 feet to the point of beginning being
in the North East quarter of section 32 Township 9 South Range
20 East.
containing by estimation 3 1/2 acres of land, more or less, Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in any wise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto him the said Dr. J.L. Kelley
and to his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, in fee simple absolute. And we the said W.R. Thomas
and Katie M. Thomas
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Dr. J.L. Kelley
that we are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed, and that we have good and lawful right to
sell and convey the same; that the same is free from all incumbrances of any kind whatsoever, and that we will and our heirs, executors and
administrators, shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto him the said Dr. J.L. Kelley
and to his heirs, executors, administrators
and assigns, against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same.

day of April A.D. 1911

Alachua County } I Hereby Certify that on this 19th day of April A.D. 1911, before me personally appeared
Mrs. Katie M. Thomas
wife of W.R. Thomas the grantor in the foregoing conveyance, who, being
first duly questioned and examined by me, separate and apart from her said husband, says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said Deed of Conveyance, for
the purpose of releasing, relinquishing and renouncing all her right of Dower in and to the land in said Deed described, and that the said relinquishment and Renunciation of
Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her husband.
