above and foregoing Deed, and acknowledged that
he signed, sealed and delivered the same in the man
ner and for the uses and purposes as therein set
forth and contained; and that he executed the
same as and for his principal, A.C. Steenburg
and Alice W. Steenburg, his wife, and each of them,
and that he is Attorney-in-fact for each of the said
grantors by virtue of a Power of Attorney duly re
corded upon the Records of Alachua County,
Florida, and is authorized to make and execute
this instrument for the said A.C. Steenburg and for
the said Alice W. Steenburg. And the said A.C. Steen
burg, as Attorney-in-fact as aforesaid for the said
Alice W. Steenburg, wife of the said A.C. Steenburg, ac
knowledged that he signed, sealed, and delivered
the same instrument for the purpose of releasing,
relinquishing and renouncing all of the dower,
right of dower, and title of every kind of and
claimed by the said Alice W. Steenburg, by virtue
of a Power of Attorney executed to him by the said
Alice W. Steenburg in which the said Alice W. Steen
burg was examined separately and apart from
her said husband, and authorized the release of
her dower, and acknowledged that the same was
done without any compulsion, constraint, ap
prehension or fear of or from her said husband,
the said A.C. Steenburg, and that the same was
freely and voluntarily done on her part, as express
ed in the said Power of Attorney.
