Marion County.    }    This indenture, made this fourth
day of October, A.D. 1915, between J.R. Williams and
his wife Effie M. William both of Marion County,
Florida, parties of the first part, and John F. Williams
of Marion County Florida, party of the second part;
Witnesseth: That the said parties of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($ 1.00)
to them in hand paid by the said party of the second
part, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have
granted, bargained and sold to the said party of the
second part, an undivided one half interest in and
to the following described lands to-wit; N.E. quarter
E 1/2 of N.W. 1/4 and E 1/2 of S.E. 1/4 of section 12. T. 9-
R. 17 and N.W. 1/4 of Section 18 T. 9 R. 18. Together with
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonging. To Have And To Hold the above de-
scribed premises, together with the appurtenances,
unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and
assigns forever. In Witness Whereof, the said parties
of the first part have hereunto set their hands and
seals this the fourth day of October, A.D. 1915.
