This Indenture made this 1st day of November A.D.
1915 between W.L. Hill, as Master in Chancery of the
first part and H.L. Phifer of Gainesville party of the
second part witnesseth, that whereas by a decree of
the Circuit Court in and for Alachua County State
of Florida, in chancery dated the 30th day of October
1914, in a certain cause then pending in said court
between Susie de Martine as complainant and Ger
tha Smith and W.S. Smith, defendants, that certain
mortgaged premises hereinafter described, be sold
by and under direction of said court by the un-
dersigned as special master in chancery, after
first giving thirty days notice by publication
in a newspaper published in said county, and
whereas the undersigned special master in chancery
did give due and legal notice of the sale of said
property and after said notice, on this November 
1st 1915, did offer for sale at the court house door
in Gainesville Alachua County Florida the said re-
al estate in said decree described, and whereas
at said sale the said mortgaged premises in said
cause pending and herein after described, were
sold to the said H.L. Phifer party of the second
part for the sum of One hundred twenty five Dol-
lars, the said party of the second part being the
highes and best bidder for cash, Now therefore this
