Before me personally appeared W.A. Strickland, R.B.
Peeler and T.L. Greene, to me well known, and known
to me to be the identical persons described in, and
who executed the foregoing deed of Conveyance to
the Board of Public Constructions in and for the Alachua
County, Florida, in the capacity as therein stated,
and acknowledged the execution thereof, for the uses
and purposes as therein mentioned and contained.
In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed my seal of Office, at Gainesville, on this 17th
day of November, AD 1915.

This Deed, Made the 5th day of October AD 1915 by John K.
Gore and Susie Gore, his wife of the County of Brevard State of
Florida hereinafter called the grantors, to T.C. Beagler of High Springs
of the County of Alachua State of Florida hereinafter called the grantee.
Witnesseth, That the said grantors, in consideration of Ten ($10.00) Dol-
lars, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do give; grant, bar-
gain; sell, alien; remise; release enfeoff, convey and confirm unto
the said grantee, and his heirs and assigns, in fee simple, the
lands situate in Alachua County, State of Florida, described as
follows: The Central one third (1/3) of the SW1/4 of Section twenty
eight (28) Township Seven (7), South of range eighteen (18) east, and
Central one third (1/3) of the NW1/4 of Section thirty three (33)
Township Seven (7), South of range eighteen (18) east, being a part
of the Richardson Land purchased by G.N. Easterlin, from Sam
Richardson.
To Have And To Hold the same together with the hereditaments
and appurtenances, unto the said grantee, and his heirs and
