Know All Men By These Presents: That Whereas,
heretofore on the 17th day of August, 1911, A.S. Johnson
and T.A. Johnson, her husband, conveyed by
Warranty Deed to A.L. Webb; R.M. Martin;
and R.H. Smith, as Trustees of the Hawthorne
Methodist Episcopal Church, South of Haw-
thorn, Alachua County Florida, the following de-
scribed lot, piece, tract or parcel of land, sit-
uated lying and being in Alachua County Florida.
Viz: Lot Number Six (6) of Block Number Twen
ty-Eight (28) of the town of Hawthorn. Which said
deed of conveyance is duly recorded in Deed
Book Number 83, at page 106 of the Public Rec-
ords of Alachua County Florida. And Whereas it
has been discovered that the Trust Clause has
been omitted in said Deed. Therefore, Know all
men by these presents: That we, A.S. Johnson and
T.A. Johnson, her husband, for and in consider-
ation of the sum of One Dollar to us in hand paid
