This Indenture, made this 16th day of July AD 1915, between
James Watkins A Bachelor of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida, party of the first part, and E.B. Godwin of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida, party of the second part.
Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part, for and in con-
sideration of the sum of Seventy five dollars dollars, in hand paid
by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby ack-
nowledge, have remised, release and quit-claimed, and by these presents
do remise, release and quit-claim unto the said party of the second
part, and his heirs and assigns forever, all the right, title, interest,
claim and demand which the said party of the first part have in
and to the following described lot, piece or parcel of land, to wit:
Commencing at S.E. corner of block twenty seven of the D.E. Whetstone
Addition to the town of High Springs Florida Alachua County, thence
27 degrees West one hundred feet to the beginning of land described, thence
West one hundred feet to the beginning of land described, thence
West one hundred and eleven feet to a corner, thence South 27 degrees West
two hundred feet to a corner, thence East one hundred and eleven
feet to a corner on West line of Church Street continuing South West
into the Bell land, thence North 27 degrees East two hundred feet to the
point of beginning - all above described lands being and situated
in the SW 1/4 Section Three Township Eight Range Seventeen.
To Have And To Hold the same, together with all and singular
the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto ap-
pertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim whatev-
er of the said party of the first part, either in law or equity, to the
