Whereas, under and by virtue of a certain Final Decree of fore-
closure of lien made and rendered by the Judge of the Circuit
Court of Florida, for the eighth Judicial Circuit of said State in and
for Alachua County, in that certain cause therein pending. Wherein
City of Gainesville, a municipal corporation, is complainant, and J.M.
Haile & Julia C. Haile and the Dutton Bank are defendants, and
which said Final Decree bears date Oct 29-1915 and wherein the
undersigned D.M. Buie was appointed a Special Master to carry
out said decree, and was therein directed to advertise and sell
in the manner and as prescribed by law, the property herein-
after described. And Whereas, under and by virtue of said decree
