said property for sale before the Court House door of Alachua
County, Florida, on Monday the 6th day of December 1915, be-
tween the legal hours of sale, and whereas at said sale The
Dutton Bank became the purchaser thereof and for said proper-
ty at and for the sum of fifteen hundred dollars, that being the
best, highest and last sum bid for the same and it being the
bidder thereof and therefor, now therefore know all men by these
presents, That I, the said D.M. Buie as Special Master in Chancery
as aforesaid for and in consideration of the sum of fifteen hun-
dred dollars to me cash in hand paid by the Dutton Bank the re-
ceipt whereof I do hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained,
sold and conveyed unto it the said The Dutton Bank its success-
ors and assigns; forever the following described piece, parcel or
tract of land situated and being in Alachua County, Florida,
and more particularly described as follows to wit: Lot Three (3)
in Block Two (2) Range Eight (8) according to the original sur-
vey of the City of Gainesville.
Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining,
to have and to hold the same unto it the said The Dutton Bank
its successors and assigns forever, as fully and completely as I,
the said D.M. Buie as Special Master in Chancery aforesaid, am
lawfully authorized and empowered to do under and by virtue
of said Final Decree of foreclosure aforesaid and sale there under
made.
In Witness Whereof I the said D.M. Buie as Special Master in
Chancery have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal on
