AD 1915, Between Melville E. Spences and Eleana J. Spe
nces his wife of the County of Palm Beach and State
of Florida parties of the first part, and Ervilla J. Spen
ces Bailey of the County of Palm Beach and State
of Florida party of the second part, Witnesseth, that the
said parties of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of One Dollar to them in hand paid, the re-
ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted,
bargained, sold and transferred, and by these presents
do grant, bargain, sell and transfer unto the said
party of the second part and her heirs and assigns
forever, all that certain parcel of land lying and
