This Indenture, Made this 13th day of December AD 1915,
between Gainesville National Bank of the County of
Alachua and State of Florida, party of the first
part, and E.A. Mc Colskey of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida, party of the second part.
Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of Forty Dollars in
hand paid by the said part of the second part, the re-
ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledge, have remised,
released and quit-claimed, and by these presents
do remise, release and quit-claim unto the said
party of the second part, and his heirs and assigns
forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and de-
mand which the said party of the first part have
in and to the following described lot, piece or par
cel of land, to-wit: East half of lot Two (2) OF

To Have And To Hold the same, together with
