for the purpose of conveying and relinquishing her
right of dower, separate estate, and other rights in
and to the said property described in said agreement
and for the purpose therein expressed, and that she ex
ecuted the same freely, voluntarily and without any
compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or
from her said husband. I further certify, that I am
duly commissioned Notary Public duly authorized
to take acknowledgments of instruments of convey
ance in Florida, and that my commission does not
expire until the 27th day of February AD 1915.

This Indenture, Made this 16th day of December
AD 1915, between Mrs. Fannie A. Dell widow
of John B. Dell of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida, party of the first part, and M.P. Bock
and T.B. Budinger trading as Bock Lumber Com-
pany of the County of Alachua and State of Flor-
ida, party of the second part. Witnesseth, That
the said party of the first part, for and in consid
eration of the sum of One and no/100 Dollars, in
hand paid by the said part of the second part, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have remis
ed, released and quit-claimed, and by these pres
ents do remise, release and quit-claim unto
the said party of the second part, and their heirs and
assigns forever, all the right, title, interest, claim
and demand which the said party of the first
part has in and to the following described lots,
pieces or parcel of land, to-wit: East half of
