This Indenture made and entered into on this Decem-
ber 7, 1915, between Della Young and her husband
Wm. Young, Julia Dennis and her husband Jim
Dennis, Estella Mc Henry (single) Frank Mc Henry
and his wife Mary Mc Henry, George Mc Henry,
all of Alachua County, Florida, parties of the first
part and Andrew Mc Henry of Alachua County,
Florida, party of the second part, Witnesseth: That where-
as, Della Young, Julia Dennis, Estelle Mc Henry,
Frank Mc Henry and George Mc Henry, of parties
of the first part are the sole surviving heirs at law
and children of Frank Mc Henry, who died seized
and possessed of the land hereinafter described,
therefore the parties of the first part for and in consid-
eration of the sum of one dollar and other valuable con-
siderations to them in hand paid by the party of the se-
cond part the receipt of which is hereby acknowled-
ged have granted, bargained, sold and conveyed
unto the said party of the second part his heirs
and assigns all of the following described land
situated and being in Alachua County, Florida,
