sonally known, this day severally acknowledged
before me, that the said A.G. Cummer as President
signed the foregoing Deed, that the said Waldo E.
Cummer, as Secretary, attested the same, and that
the Corporate seal of the Cummer Lumber Com
pany was attached hereto and that said Deed was
thereby executed by said officers under authority of
the Board of Directors as and for the act and deed

Will and Rae C.. Jerkins (husband and Wife) parties of
the first part of the aforesaid County and State, for and
in consideration of One and no/100 Dollars, and other
valuable considerations to them in hand paid by A.
O. Steenburg of the County of Pinellas in the State
of Florida the receipt whereof they do hereby ackno-
wledge, have granted, bargained, sold and con-
