renounce, release and forever relinquish unto the with
in named L.C. Gracy his Heirs, Assigns, all her
interest and estate, and also all her right and claim
of dower, of, in or to all and singular, the premises within
mentioned and released.

that on this the 28th day of July A.D. 1915 before me,
personally appeared A.E. Barksdale wife of J.H. Bar
ksdale, and the said A.E. Barksdale on an examination
taken and made by me separate and apart from her
said husband, did acknowledge before me that
she made herself a party to said deed for the pur
pose of renouncing and relinquishing her dower,
or right of dower, or separate estate in and to the
lands, tenements and hereditaments therein descri-
bed and thereby granted and released, sold and
conveyed, and that she executed said deed
freely and voluntarily and without any constraint,
apprehension or fear or compulsion of or from her
said husband; and that the said A.E. Barksdale is
well known to me to be the wife of the said J.H. Bar
ksdale and one of the persons described in and who
executed the foregoing deed of conveyance.
