This Indenture, Made this tenth day of May in the
year of our Lord, Nineteen Hundred and five (1905)
between Fitzhugh Knox and Lena B. Knox of the
County of Fulton of the first part, and Equitable
Loan & Security Company of the County of Fulton
of the second part: Witnesseth, That the said - of the
first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Sev-
en Hundred and Fifty ($ 750.00) Dollars in hand paid,
the receipt whereof is acknowledged, have bargained,
sold and by these presents do remise, release and
forever Quit-Claim to the said Equitable Loan & Se-
curity Company, its successors and assigns, all
the right, title, interest, claim or demand the sa-
id have or may have had in and to all that cer-
tain lot, piece, tract or parcel of land situated,
lying and being in the Town of High Springs,
County of Alachua, State of Florida, and more par
ticularly described and known as follows:
Commencinng at the Southeast corner of Block Four-
teen (14) and running Sixty (60) feet parallel with
Main Street, thence at a right angle to the bounda-
ry line of S.E. Moore, thence to point of beginning,
being located in the Southwest quarter SW 1/4 of Nor-
theast quarter NE 1/4 of Section Three (3) Township
Eight (8) South Range Seventeen (17) East. "With all
the rights, members, and appurtenances to the said
described premises in anywise appertaining
