of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the
receipt whereof We do hereby acknowledge, have grant
ed, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these Pre
sents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said
H.F. Gobert all that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel
of land situated, lying and being in the County of
Alachua, State of Florida, particularly known and
described as follows, to-wit: That certain lot sit-
uated at the corner of East Court Street and Pal
metta Avenue in the City of Gainesville, Alachua
County, Florida and described as follows, to-wit:
Commence at the South-west corner of East Court
Street and Palmetto Avenue and run South 75 feet,
thence West 135 feet, thence North 75 feet and thence
East 135 feet to place beginning said lot includes
one-half interest in an alley between the property
hereby conveyed and the property now owned
and occupied by J.H. Alison. Said lot being a
part of lots 1 and 2 in block 1 Range 2 Doig and
Robertson's addition to Gainesville, Florida. To-
gether with all and singular the tenements, here
ditaments and appurtenances to the same belong-
ing or in anywise appertaining, containing by
estimation - acres of land, more or less. Together
with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in
anywise appertaining. To Have And To Hold
the same unto the said H.F. Gobert and to his heirs,
executors, administrators and assigns, in fee
simple absolute And the said T.E. Dickinson
and wife do hereby covenant and agree to and
with the said H.F. Gobert that we are lawfully seiz
ed in fee of the property herein and hereby convey-
ed, and that we have good and lawful right to
sell and convey the same; that the same is free from
all incumbrances of any kind whatsoever, and
that we will and our heirs, executors, and ad-
ministrators shall and will forever warrant and
defend the same unto the said H.F. Gobert and
to his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns,
against the lawful claims and demands of any
