part, and M.F. Hope of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida, party of the second part. Wit-
nesseth, That the said party of the first part for and
in consideration of the sum of One and no/100 Dollars,
in hand paid by the said party of the second part,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have remis-
ed, released and quit-claimed, and by these pre
sents do remise, release and quit-claim unto the
said party of the second part, and his heirs and assigns
forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand
which the said party of the first part has in and to the
following described lot, piece or parcel of land, to wit:
The North-east quarter of the south-west quarter
of section thirty-five (35) Township nine (9) south
of range twenty-one (21) east, containing forty (40)
acres, more or less. To Have And To Hold the same to-
gether with all and singular the appurtenances there-
unto belonging or in anywise thereunto appertain-
ing, and all the estate, right, title, interest and
claim whatever of the said party of the first part,
either in law or equity, to the only proper use, ben-
efit and behoof of the said party of the second
part, his heirs and assigns forever. In Witness Where-
of, The said party of the first part has hereunto set
her hand and seal the day and year above written.
