and a Charter has been issued to the said corpor-
ation; and Whereas upon the application of the Co-
mplainants in the said cause pending in the
Circuit Court, the said B.F. Williamson as Pres
ident of the Williamson Chemical Company, and the
Secretary of said corporation (who is herein repre-
sented by the said Rockwell King, Assistant Sec
retary,) were authorized and instructed by Decree
of the said Circuit Court of Alachua County, Florida,
made and rendered on the 11th day of January, A.
D. 1916, and recorded in the Records of Alachua
County, Florida, in Judgment Book 16th, on pages
501 et Sy, on the 11h day of January, A.D. 1916, to exec-
ute to the said The Florida Industrial Corporation,
a corporation under the Laws of Florida, as aforesaid,
a Deed conveying the said real-estate hereinafter de
scribed; Now, Therefore; For and in consideration
of the premises and of the sum of One Dollar to them
cash in hand paid by the party of the second part
at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the said
B.F. Williamson, as President of the Williamson
Chemical Company, and the said Rockwell King,
as Assistant Secretary of the said corporation, un-
der and pursuant to the provisions of the said De
cree, have granted, bargained, sold, conveyed,
released and quit-claimed, and by these presents
do grant, bargain, sell, convey, release and forever
quit-claim unto the said The Florida Industrial
Corporation, its successors and assigns, all those cer
tain lots, tracts, pieces or parcels of land, sit-
uated, lying and being in the County of Alachua
and the State of Florida, and particularly known,
distinguished and described as follows, to-wit:

Twenty nine (29) in Township Nine (9) South,
Range Twenty (20) East, run West six hundred
and seventeen (617) feet to the right-of way of
the Atlantic Coast Line railways, thence North
