Steenburg his wife, known to me to be the persons
described in and who executed the foregoing instru
ment and severally acknowledged the execution
thereof to be their free act and deed for the uses and
purposes therein mentioned. And the said Margaret
Steenburg, the wife of the said A.O. Steenburg, on an
examination taken and made separately and apart
from her husband, acknowledged that she made her-
self a party to the said deed for the purpose of renoun-
cing and relinquishing her dower and rights of do-
wer and conveying her separate estate in and to the
lands, tenements and hereditaments herein descri-
bed and thereby granted and released, and that she
executed said deed freely and voluntarily, and
without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband.

A.O. Steenburg, the grantor in the foregoing deed,
on oath states that he has been in actual,
notorious, open and unmolested possession
of Lot Thirty-seven (37) of Wall's Tract in the
Southern Part of said Wall's Tract in Township
eleven, Range nineteen, in the County of Alachua,
State of Florida, containing one hundred acres,
more or less, with color of title for more than sev
en years prior to the execution of the foregoing deed.
