This Deed, Made the 21st day of August A.D. 1914,
by A.C. Edwards & Mabel Edwards his wife of the
County of Alachua State of Florida hereinafter cal
led the grantors, to Daisy Edwards of the County
of the County of Alachua State of Florida hereinafter
called the grantee, Witnesseth, That the said grantors,
in consideration of $ 100.00 One hundred Dollars, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do give, grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release enfeoff, convey and
confirm unto the said grantee, and her heirs and
assigns, in fee simple, the lands situate in Alachua
County, State of Florida, described as follows: The
N1/2 of SW1/4 in Sec. Two Township Seven Range
Eighteen East, and the North West 1/4 of the South
East 1/4 of Sec. Two Township Seven Range Eighteen
East. To Have And To Hold the same together with
the hereditaments and appurtenances, unto the said
grantee, and his heirs and assigns in fee simple.
And the said grantors for themselves and their heirs
and legal representatives, covenant with said gra
ntee, his heirs legal representatives and assigns:
That said grantor are indefeasibly seized of said
land in fee simple; that said grantor have full po
wer and lawful right to convey said land in fee
simple as aforesaid; that it shall be lawful for
said grantee, his heirs, legal representatives and
assigns at all times peaceably and quietly to
enter upon hold, occupy and enjoy said land;
that said land is free from all encumbrances;
