Know All Men By These Presents,
That The Board of Education of Florida, under an act
of The Legislature of The State of Florida, entitled
"An Act to Establish a Uniform System of Common
Schools and a University," approved January 30th, 1869, for
and in consideration of the sum of One dollar and
twenty-Five cents per acre, to them in hand
paid by Jessie R. Everett of the County of Alachua,
State of Florida: have granted, bargained and sold
and do by these Presents grant, bargain, sell
and convey unto the said Jessi R. Everett and
his heirs and assigns, forever, the following
described lands, to-wit.
The South West quarter of the North-east
quarter of Section Sixteen in Township Ten
South, of Range Fourteen East, containing Forty
acres, and lying and being in The County
of Alachua, in said State of Florida:
To Have and To Hold the said lands unto the
said Jessie R. Everett and his heirs and assigns
forever.
