J.L. Medlin and Marie C. Medlin his wife of the County
of Duval State of Florida hereinafter called the grantors,
to G.W. Lewis of the County of Alachua State of Florida
hereinafter called the grantee, Witnesseth, That the said gra
ntors, in consideration of One Thousand Dollars, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, do give, grant, bargain,
sell, alien, remise, release enfeoff, convey and confirm
unto the said grantee, and his heirs and assigns, in
fee simple, the lands situate in Alachua County, State
of Florida, described as follows: The West 1/2 of South East
