run East 189 feet, thence in Northwestern direction
to the southeast corner of Lot 102 of said addition,
and west 172 feet and thence South 40 feet to begin-
ning, Porter's Addition to Gainesville, Lots 12 and 19,
Patton's Survey of Walls Tract N1/2 of NE 1/4 of NE 1/4 of
Section 16, Township 11, Range 18. Also, commence at
the southwest corner of the northwest quarter, Section
16, township 11, range 18, and run North 347 feet to
the middle of a street, thence east 645 feet to the W
est side of a 30 foot street; thence north 170 feet to the
beginning of the land herein described; thence west
70 feet, north 150 feet, east 70 feet, south 150 feet to be-
ginning, in Section 16, Township 11, Range 18; Together
with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments,
and appurtenances thereunto appertaining. The said
above described property levied upon and sold as the
property of said M. Venable to satisfy said fi fa and
costs. To Have And To Hold Said Described property
unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and as-
signs forever, as fully and absolutely as the said par
ty of the first part, as Sheriff as aforesaid, can or should
convey by virtue of said execution and the laws re-
lating thereto. In Witness Whereof, the said party of the
