That We, S.L. Kramer and Queenie I. Kramer, his wife
of the County of Alachua State of Florida held and
firmly bound unto L.B. Alexander of the County of
Alachua State of Florida, in the sum of Thirteen
Hundred, Fifty & No/100 dollars, for the payment wh
ereof well and truly to be made we bind ourselves,
our heirs, executors and administrators jointly and
severally firmly by these presents. Signed and seal
ed this 31st day of March, AD 1916.
The Condition of the above obligation is such that
whereas the said S.L. Kramer and Queenie I. Kramer
have this day bargained and sold to the said L.B.
Alexander the following described property, ly-
ing and being in the County of Alachua and
