This Indenture, Made and entered into on this
15th day of May AD 1916, between A.O. Steenburg and
his wife Margaret Steenburg of Pinellas County, Flor
ida, parties of the first part, and Maggie Carter
Owen of Alachua County, Florida, party of the second
part, Witnesseth: That the said parties of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of Five dol
lars, and other valuable considerations, to them in hand
paid by the part of the second part, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, has bargained,
sold, transferred and conveyed unto the party of
the second part, his heirs and assigns forever that
certain lot, tract or parcel of land situated in
Alachua County, Florida, to-wit: The South Half
