Alachua County, Florida, party of the second part,
Witnesseth: That the said parties of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of 5.00 dollars,
and other valuable considerations, to her in hand
paid by the party of the second part, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, has bargained, sold,
transferred and conveyed unto the party of the sec-
ond part, his heirs and assigns forever, that certain
lot, tract or parcel of land situated in Alachua Cou
nty, Florida, to-wit: Commence at the N.W. Corner of
SE 1/4 of Section 11, Tp 10 S of R. 20 E. Thence East 4 Chains
South ten Chains West 4 Chains, North 10 Chains to be-
ginning. Containing 4 acres of land (This deed is
made to Correct a former deed Made on March 8th, 1884.)
Too have and to hold the same unto the party of the sec-
ond part, his heirs and assigns, together with all and
singular, the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining. And
the said parties of the first part covenants and agrees
to and with the party of the second part that she will
defend the title to said land against the lawful
claims and demands of her executors, administra
tors and assigns and all persons claiming the
same by, through or under the said parties of the
first part. In witness whereof, we have hereunto set
our hands and seals on the day and year first
above written.
