Alachua County.       }
Know all men by these presents: That We, Sarah f. Wittstock
and A.E. Wittstock, her husband of the County of Alachua
State of Florida, are held and firmly bound unto Mrs Annie
Davis of Gainesville County of Alachua State of Florida;
in the sum of Twelve Hundred (1200) dollars, for the pay-
ment whereof well and truly to be made we find ourselves
and our heirs, executors and administrators firmly by these
presents.
Signed and sealed this 24th day of April, AD 1916.
The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas
the said Sarah F. Wittstock and A.E. Wittstock, her husband
have this day bargained and sold to the said Mrs. Annie
Davis for the sum of Twelve Hundred (1200) Dollars, the fol-
lowing described property lying and being in the City of
Gainesville County of Alachua and State of Florida: viz:
Commence at a point Forty (40) feet West of the South East
corner of that certain lot in Block Sixteen (16) of Brush's Ad-
dition to Gainesville, which Susie V.G. Jarvis and Husband
heretofore on the Third day of September AD 1906 sold and
conveyed to S.F. Wittstock, which said Deed of Conveyance is
duly recorded in Deed Book Number 67 page 397, of the
public records of Alachua County, Florida, and run thence
North One Hundred (100)_feet; thence run East Forty (40) feet;
thence run South One Hundred (100) feet; thence run West
Forty (40) feet to the place of beginning.
And in consideration there of the said Mrs. Annie Davis has
paid the sum of Five Hundred (500) Dollars, and has exe-
cuted one certain promissory note of even date herewith, pay-
able to Sarah F. Wittstock or order on or before two (2) years
after date hereof, for the sum of Seven Hundred (700) Dol-
lars, with interest from date hereof at the rate of Eight (8)
per cent per annum, until paid.
Now, if the said Mrs. Annie Davis shall well and truly
pay the said promissory note, with interest as state there-
in, and shall pay all taxes and insurance upon the with-
in-described property, into the possession of which from the
