date hereof, it is hereby agreed she shall enter and con-
tinue, then the said Sarah F. and A.E. Wittstock shall
execute a deed in fee simple to the said Mrs. Annie Davis
for the aforesaid property, When this obligation is to be
void, else to remain in full force and virtue.

known to be with wife of A.E. Wittstock who executed the
foregoing Bond for Title, who being examined separate and
apart from her husband, acknowledges that she made her-
self a party to the foregoing bond for the purpose of con-
veying her separate statutory estate conditioned upon, and
for the faithful performance of the covenants therein made,
and that the same is done of her own free will and accord,
and without compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or
from her husband.
