In the Matter of George Herbert Dixon, Deceased.
And in the matter of Real Estate within State of Florida
in the United States of America, to which the said
Deceased was entitled jointly with Walter Jos-
eph Leeman.
I, Eleanor Martha Dixon, of Challoner
House, Cockermouth in the County of Cum-
berland, England, Widow, make oath and
say as follows:
I was at the time of his death hereinafter men-
tioned the lawful wife and am now the Widow
of George Herbert Dixon, Deceased, late of C
Napier Mansions, Turbridge Wells, in the Cou-
nty of Kent, England, but formerly described
as of Suffolk House, Laurence Courtney Hill,
in the City of London. A certificate of my
marriage with the said George Herbert Dixon is
now produced and shown to me and marked "A".
The said George Herbert Dixon died on the 5th
day of July, 1914, without lawful issue, leaving
me as I am advised under the law of the
State of Florida his sole heir to all lands situate |
